You work during the day and work with your colleagues to work independently after your internal training. Tools, machines and welding equipment: you learn, among other things, how to program, adjust and operate, and you know exactly what you are doing after your training. We teach you how to select the most suitable tools and you will independently edit the product on the basis of a detailed drawing and clear work instruction. You must of course check yourself and follow the prescribed protocols.

For this we have professionals who guide you internally, you get to perform various assignments and together we determine which steps still need to be taken.
