The VCA** concerns Safety, Health and Environment (the HSE management system) of Machinefabriek Boessenkool for our employees and our subcontractors. This means, for example, that tools and machines have been approved and are maintained. But also whether the employees have followed VCA training, there are sufficient emergency response staff within the organization and regularly carried out safety inspections.

The ISO 9001:2015 certificate shows that we meet international requirements in the field of quality management. Such as continuously working on increasing customer satisfaction, caring for the quality of our product, raising the quality level of our employees, machines and ICT supplies.

The ISO 3834-2:2005 standard covers our entire quality assurance system and reflects the extensive quality requirements. Such as requirements for the technical assessment of the welding work, the welding method qualification, requirements for welders, inspections and non-destructive testing. The standard also pays attention to persons for inspection, maintenance and inspection of welding materials and it is noted as standard how deviations are identified and followed up. With these preconditions, it can be assumed in advance with a high degree of probability that the end product will meet all stated requirements and is of quality.

The NEN-EN 1090-2 EXC 3 standard is what all structural parts with load-bearing properties - which are included in the main calculation as load-bearing - must comply with. These construction parts are provided with a CE marking. Machine factory Boessenkool has the highest execution class 4.
